With the merger of Shen Milsom & Wilke and Paoletti Associates in 2000, Mr. Paoletti brought 35 years of expertise in acoustic design. Some of his successful projects include Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral, Los Angeles; the San Jose Civic Center; and the Sunset Center for the Arts, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Ca.

Mr. Paoletti has an architecture degree from Pennsylvania State University and studied at the University of Florence's School of Architecture in Italy. He is a member of the Acoustical Society of America, the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, the American Institute of Architects California Council, the International Facilities Managers Association, and the US Institute for Theater Technology. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Acoustics, as well as the British Institute of Architects.
