Mr. Tritz, director of Shen Milsom & Wilke's Chicago office, has more than 25 years of management experience in the design, engineering, and installation of audio, video, command and control, acoustic, teleconferencing, and audiovisual systems. He is a founding and charter member of the Illinois Chapter of the International Television Association. He serves on several audiovisual manufacturers' advisory councils, providing expertise on the development of new products, industry trends, and training. He also conducts annual training courses for the International Communications Industry Association

Mr. Tritz holds a B.A. in broadcast communications from Marquette University in Milwaukee, and is a Certified Technology Specialist in Design (CTS-D), awarded by the International Information Communications Industry Association.
