Langham Place is an entertainment complex that includes shopping, office space, and the technologically sophisticated Langham Place Hotel.

The hotel features an "integrated backbone infrastructure" approach--multiple applications share the same network backbone to provide high-speed transmission and flexibility. Applications include an IP telephony system with VoIP functionality, wireless voice handsets, high-speed wired and wireless Internet connectivity throughout, DVoD with streaming video capability, and other amenities. Guestrooms are also equipped with IP-phone handsets with large LCD displays, XML applications, individual voicemail, and access to high-speed Internet.
